Registration Fee
- B.Sc., B.Tech or HND in Quantity Surveying
- 5 O'Level Credits incl. English, Maths, Physics
- Supervised by a Registered Quantity Surveyor
- Eligible for the Test of Professional Competence
Professional Member (MNIQS)
₦6,500
Annual Fee
- Passed the Test of Professional Competence
- Minimum of 3 years supervised experience (post-graduation)
- Active practice in cost management
- Full voting rights within the Institute
Fellow (FNIQS)
₦11,500
Annual Fee
- Professional Member for at least 10 years
- Significant leadership contributions
- Distinguished professional record
- Recommendation by two existing Fellows
